We provide refunds and accept returns under specific conditions: if the item is broken or if we sent the wrong item. Please read through our return and refund policy. Our policy is valid for 30 days after purchasing any items from our store.


Acceptance Conditions for Your Return

We accept returns up to 30 days from the time the customer receives the items.

To complete your return, we require your order number and proof of the defective item in the cases mentioned above.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, and must be returned in its original packaging.


Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us at . Once your return is approved, we will provide a shipping label and instructions on where to return the package.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, and we will refund 100% of your order value. After the 12-hour window, we may not be able to cancel your order immediately. If the item arrives damaged or not in its original condition (with evidence provided), we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 30%, depending on the severity of the issue.


Please note: If the item is lost, we cannot be held responsible, and we do not offer refunds in this instance.


Damages and Issues (Defective Products)

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible via our official email:  so that we can address and rectify the issue.


How Customers Can Get the Return Label?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card. The processing time for this refund depends on your card issuer.


Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Return Shipping

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the items are defective. In such cases, Rush Inside will cover the return shipping cost, making it free for defective products. For customer remorse, customers will bear the full delivery cost for the returned item.
