How long will It take to get my package? 

Shipping usually takes between 3-5 business days after we receive payment, there is a standard 1 business day processing period but most orders leave the warehouse immediately after the items have successfully processed. Tracking numbers are sent via the provided contact method as soon as the order ships. 

Do your products really ship from within the United States? 

We take the time to source our suppliers and independent brands to ensure that they are located in the United States so that we can keep the shipping times down. We confirm shipping times and locations based on ordering samples to make absolutely sure the products are represented correctly and accurately. We try to be as transparent as possible with our product offerings.

What payment methods are accepted?

We offer safe & secure checkout for all major credit cards through shopify. We also offer express checkout through , Apple, and Google Pay,Klarna for a faster payment processing and checkout experience. These options are available on our product pages under "more options".

What is your return/refund policy? 

We offer a 60 Day Money Back Guarantee On Most Items. Orders that have been placed but not yet shipped will be provided a full refund. If want to cancel an order right away please email support@rushinside.com as soon as possible. Returns Policy link can be found on the Contact Us Page

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Orders that have not yet been processed or shipped can be canceled anytime via the website chat or by sending an email to support@rushinside.com Please refer to our shipping policy on the Contact Us page for more details.

What if my product arrives damaged or gets lost in transit?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, even damage to the box, we urge you to make note of it when signing for delivery. If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.  

If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please us an email at support@rushinside.com. We'll provide a choice of getting a replacement free of charge or a full refund.

Order status shows shipped, but where is my tracking number? 

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirmation credit card authorization and shipping/billing information. 

We will immediately process your order and you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped once it leaves the warehouse. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Depending on the product, orders may ship out the same business day or take up to 3 business days to ship. On rare occasions order shipment may take longer due to unforeseen delays.
